There’s one all-too-often overlooked, but important, step to preparing for retirement: designating your beneficiary.

Or, if you would prefer, find the appropriate beneficiary form below, print it, fill it out, and return it to the address listed on the form.
Remember, you must make separate beneficiary designations for each of your Wayne County retirement benefits.
